Our projects - our engagement

Social commitment is not an empty promise

Beyond our professional contribution to improve inclusion in the workplace, we are firmly convinced that an open an welcoming society lives from the active commitment of each and everyone.

At Inclusia consulting we feel particular committed to help newcomers with concrete solutions when they try to enter the labour market in Luxembourg.

That's why we decided to launch different voluntary initiatives that are helping new arrivals to navigate in an unfamiliar system and a different cultural and linguistic context.

The dynamic duo initiative

Our small building stone to a better "living together".

The majority of newcomers to Luxembourg are disadvantaged due to the absence of a broad professional network and the lack of knowledge of administrative procedures and interlocutors.

The dynamic duo initiative is a partnership approach launched by Inclusia consulting that consists in offering a personalized support and practical guidance to new residents in order to effectively move forward toward successful social and professional integration.

We are actively looking for volunteers or partners who want to get involved and support the initiative. If you are interested in joining the dynamic duo initative, we would be very happy to hear from you!

Schwätz mat - Léier mat !

Because integration begins with the language.

To develop proficiency in Luxembourgish does not only facilitate social contacts and networking, it constitutes a significant advantage for finding a job.

Learning a new language is never an easy task. This is even more complicated for newcomers who, simultaneously, have to make other major adjustments to their life. At Inclusia consulting, we are well aware of these difficulties and we want to take up this challenge together with you.

Our latest project embraces different measures aimed at supporting newcomers on the Luxembourg labour market in their effort to learn the Luxembourgish language.
